I don't think the rss feeds are working? nothing has shown up in google reader yet. or do I just need some patience?

Hrm, I use google reader as well, just tried the all forums, specific forum and topic RSS and all are coming up with the posts for those areas. 

Maybe try re-adding it?

(I added it to reader by right-clicking -> copy link address -> google reader -> add subscription -> paste, just in case you're adding via a different method)

 

If it's that it's just not updating the feed after the initial add, let me know and I'll poke around. Though I will say, reader does seem to have issues with more real-time/non-blog connections at times, it sucked for twitter feeds for example and the support group never even responded to my inquiry regarding it.
