Hrm, weird, it should be detecting mobiles… *snoops* Ah, seems that there was a bug in the current release we're running. There's a fix out already though, I'll update when I'm inevitable up during graveyard hours so it doesn't disturb others (likely be tomorrow night, I'm currently sitting at 30 something hours awake so won't make it tonight) and post a news update when I do.
All mobiles will still be forced to text only though. They're planning additional support including some GUI elements for mobiles which support that in the future, but didn't see a timeline for that.
If you or anyone else has the time and inclination and considers it important (I don't even have a viable mobile, so my inclination is irrelevant ;P), they can have a go at it though. We're using WordPress 3.01 currently and after the update it will be Simple:Press 4.3.3 over top. Would need to approach it by using a custom "skin" for Simple:Press to prevent issues. Current look is a default skin, with a page template I threw together quickly to get the banner area/background.
