I have enjoyed reading languagelog and languagehat blog posts on linguistics and hearing my friends harsh on the universal grammar. so this article piqued my interest.

aside, it looks like this journal has open access, so you might have fun looking at the table of contents for other articles. Computational perspectives on cognitive development or Imitation: what animal imitation tells us about animal cognition for example.
