The Echo Inside was founded in 2009 by Norman Haldeman for the purposes of being the outlet for independent projects, but also as an avenue for providing support to new and small businesses with creative and IT/E-commerce needs. It also provides support for new and current artists who wish support in their entrepreneurship endeavors or who would like to function/contribute collectively with the company.

The company was formed with the belief that there is a strong connection between entrepreneurship and the creative spirit. Both require a driving ambition to achieve their desired goals, out of the box thinking and the courage to follow through in the face of numerous challenges. The Echo Inside was formed to provide direction for those entering the arena and for those needing support in the course of their trials.

Norman Haldeman has extensive experience to draw from to provide that support. He has worked in a variety of positions of responsibility ranging from immediate supervisor of a small project focused group, to manager of the IT section in a corporation, to director in a non-profit organisation. He has provided creative, consultant and technical services to a number of companies, including the establishment of a cohesive brand and public relations materials. He has had formal training in the fields of network engineering, e-commerce, entrepreneurship, philosophy and a variety of minor subjects and is self-taught in fine art and design. He has won numerous awards for his community involvement, been noted as being superior in the fulfillment of employment duties as well as having achieved excellence in academic pursuits. He is a firmly believes that how you achieve your goals, is as important as achieving them and that long term considerations cannot be ignored in the pursuit of any activity. He has a variety of interests, ranging from philosophy, physics and law; to art, music and design; to business, social media, and technology.
